Remote locations may have surcharges applied. If you prefer we use a specific carrier, let us know and we can arrange for that (charges may apply). If you provide an email address, you will get a tracking number for your shipment sent once the package has been processed (if applicable). If you lose your tracking number, feel free to give us a call, or shoot us an email. We will be able to track your package and/or provide the tracking number for you.

LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE - Often times we can deliver your package to you if you live in the Eugene area.  Please ask before placing your order if this can be arranged. CONTACT US IF YOU NEED SOMETHING ASAP!

We will attempt to contact our customers via phone and email should your order not be processed as promised. We usually ship out orders within 24 hours, sometimes can be as long as 72 hours. Contact us before placing your order if you need it expedited.  Please also note that we do not guarantee to process orders over holiday breaks, though it will likely happen. To return or exchange any product, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization.
We do charge a 20% restocking fee on products returned unless you receive documentation from us saying otherwise.

If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 14 days from date of receipt for exchange of a new one or asking for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return postage. We care about our valued customers, and are always willing to try work things out. If you have any problems, please e-mail us immediately so that we can resolve the problem. We will try our best to make it right.

Product must be unopened or with original packaging. Must be returned in "NEW" condition suitable for resale.
We will not accept returns or exchanges more than 14 days after receipt of your order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Customer is responsible for the condition of the items while in transit. We highly recommend that insurance be purchased with any return shipment.
